Equity, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EEDI)

Our EEDI consulting services focus on supporting organisations to develop and nurture a strong inclusive culture and enhance their employer brand. We collaborate closely with organisations to integrate EEDI principles into their business strategies, including HR practices and policies. About Us

Amethyst HR was founded by Nasima Khatun, an HR Leader and certified Leadership and Life Coach with specialist knowledge in transitions and change coaching. Nasima has over 15 years of experience working across national and international organisations and has a deep understanding of organisational dynamics having worked in leadership, generalist, and specialist HR roles.

Nasima is experienced in facilitating learning, chairing forums and committees, and possesses expertise in charity governance, gained both as a trustee and HR leader working closely with numerous Boards.

Academically Nasima holds a law degree and an MSc in HR Management from Birkbeck, University of London and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a Member of the International Coaching Federation. Nasima is also a British Psychological Society (BPS) qualified test user and is well-versed in using various personality and attitudinal assessments including the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0), Saville Wave, Energy Leadership Index (ELI), and more.

Outside of work, Nasima volunteers as a Coach and Mentor for the CIPD’s People Profession Connector Programme.

All our Associates bring backgrounds as HR professionals and certified coaches, with extensive expertise and experience ranging from senior HR business partner levels to HR Directors.
